We are very sorry that there may have been a problem with your shipment, our staff and systems are focused on delivering excellent customer service to eliminate mistakes. We are trying to do a great job….

ALL EBAY customers! you must use the ebay returns system not the EASYPUCK RMA system. Refund will not be issued for ebay purchases unless they are returned using the EBAY returns system. We do not accept EBAY goods returns after 14 days from purchase. All terms below apply.

If your return is due to our mistake we will make sure that things are put right promptly and at our cost. If you have ordered the wrong size, colour, stick hand or simply want to return the goods ordered for any random reason then you will need to accept responsibility for all costs involved in the returns process.

Please click on the RETURNS link  under CUSTOMER SERVICE found on the bottom of the website front page.

Once you have completed the form and submitted it you will recieve an email to confriming the next step and return address.

Please make sure you use the correct email.

Please now organise to repack and return the products to our warehouse address below, we cannot process returns without receiving the goods back first to our warehouse. Please note that the cost and risk of returning goods remains entirely with you until they safely arrive at our warehouse. If you are returning sticks it might be wise to take and send detailed photographs first via email to Store@iceman-uk.com before return, Stick warranties are Limited Liability Warranties and are based on manufacturing faults and defects not on time periods.

By RETURNING YOUR ITEMS you are agreeing to these distance selling terms:

1.   Easypuck Terms and Conditions of Sale Apply, print a copy from our webstore

2.     Goods which have been opened, had manufacturers labels removed, have been worn, stretched, are dirty / used in any way may not be accepted for refund, a restocking charge may be applied to any refund should items returned be damaged in any way.

3.     Easypuck Policy is always to offer a replacement, repair or store voucher to refund product returns.

4.     Colour, Size, or other non warranty issues will not recieve credit for return postal costs.

5.     We cannot and do not accept the return of UNDERWEAR, Sweats, Jocks or Jills under any circumstances, as protectors are not provided and they cannot be returned as new. 

6.     You will be asked to pay ALL postage charges to send back any returns.

7.     No credits shall be issued without conducting a full inspection of the goods at our ME2 4LF warehouse, if you are an eBay customer a case will be opened and must then be closed before any voucher refund can be discussed, it is the buyers responsibility and risk to return goods safely for inspection.

8.     A restocking charge of 20% will be applied to all goods removed from sealed packaging, or the original packaging has been damaged such that the item can no longer be sold as new.

9.     We accept no liability for damage or loss of returned goods whilst in transit.
